摘 要:在近海水文环境下,混凝土全地下结构以及重要建筑的基础通常需要面临地下海水水质的中、强等腐蚀,因此提高建筑基础混凝土结构的耐酸碱性能对于其安全性显得尤为重要。文章以基体强度等级(LC20、LC30、LC40、LC50)、钢纤维体积率(0%、1%、1.5%、2%)、侵蚀制度、氯盐溶液浓度(Na Cl浓度3%、7%)为试验变化参数,研究不同因素对钢纤维轻骨料混凝土(SFRLC)损伤程度的影响规律,并根据该影响侵蚀规律建立SFRLC的氯离子侵蚀模型,分析SFRLC抗氯离子侵蚀性能的作用机理;根据氯离子侵蚀的试验结果和性能衰减规律,提出SFRLC的寿命预测评估模型。In the offshore hydrology environment, the concrete underground structure and the foundation of the important building usually need to face the medium and strong corrosion of the water quality of the underground water. It is very important to improve the acid and alkali resistance of the concrete structure. Based on the strength grade (LC20, LC30, LC40, LCS0), the volume fraction of steelfiber (0%, 1%, 1.5% and 2%), erosion system, chloride concentration (the concentration of NaC1 is 3% , 7% ) as the test parameters, the effect of SFRLC on the damage degree of different factors are studied. According to the erosion law, the chlorine ion erosion model of SFRLC is established, and the mechanism of SFRLC resistance to chloride ion erosion is analyzed. According to the test results and the law of performance attenuation of chloride ion, the life prediction and evaluation model of SFRLC is put forward, which is of theoretical significance.
