摘  要:为确定电混凝-电催化氧化耦合法对油田采出水的处理效果,以辽宁省某油田采出水为研究对象,启动耦合工艺对主要影响因素进行单变量实验确定优化工艺条件,并在优化条件下对实际污水进行处理。结果表明,处于优化工况的耦合工艺运行25 min时的出水COD和TSS、油的质量浓度分别为36.23 mg/L和4.06、4.89 mg/L,去除率分别为96.93%和95.96%、96.21%。电混凝-电催化氧化耦合法处理油田采出水时,COD、TSS、油的去除率分别增加约40%、30%、50%,出水水质均达到GB 31570-2015排放标准。在满足排放标准前提下,耦合法处理废水提高了处理效率,运行时间为25 min,同时药剂投加量可减少40%左右。In order to determine the effect of Coupling Electrocatalytic Oxidation and Electric Coagulation on wastewater produced from oil field, a single factor experiment was carried out to determine the best condition of the coupling process, With the best working conditions adjusted, we measured water TSS, COD and oil content to determine the effect of the coupling process. The results showed that the TSS was 4.06 mg/L, the COD was 36.23 mg/L, the oil content was 4.89 mg/L, and the removal rates were 95.96%, 96.93% and 96.21% respectively at 25 rain. Comparing the separate treatment method, the coupling method removal rate of TSS is increased by about 30%, the removal rate of COD is increased by about 40% and the removal rate ofoil is increased by about 50%. The effluent quality reaches the industrial discharge standard when the two methods are combined with electric coagulation and electrocatalytic oxidation. Under the premise of satisfying the discharge standard, the coupling treatment of waste water improves the processing efficiency, and the naming time is only 25 rain while the amount of pharmaceutical dosage can be reduced by about 40%.
