摘  要:针对河北省某村镇3个坑塘黑臭水体污染严重,具有季节性和终年黑臭特点的情况,采用控源截污技术+曝气充氧技术+微生物治理技术+生态浮床技术+活水技术以及投放水生动物等组合工艺措施对水体进行治理和生态修复。个月的运行结果显示,该组合工艺措施能有效去除3个坑塘废水中有机污染物COD、NH_3-N、TP等物质,黑臭气味消失,透明度增加,水质明显改善,生态浮岛上的植物长势良好,水体恢复自净能力。水体达到GB 3838-2002中V类地表水水指标。不计设备折旧费,第1年的直接运行费用为4.52元/m^3,随着周边环境的改善,后续运行费用会递减。The black and odorous water body in three swags of a village in Hebei province was seriously polluted and had the characteristics of seasonal or annual black and stink. The pollutant source control and interception technology, microorganism treatment, ecological floating bed, flowing water technology and the release of aquatic animal were combined and used for water treatment and ecological remediation. The six months operation results showed that, the combined technology could effectively remove the organic pollutants, COD, NH3-N and TP in three wastewater swags. The black odor disappeared, the transparency increased, the water quality improved significantly, the plants on the ecological floating island were growing well, and the water body restore the self-purification capacity of water. The water quality stably met V class of surface water quality index (GB 3838--2002). Excluding depreciation of equipment, the direct operating cost of the first year was 4.52 yuan/m3. As the improvement of surrounding environment, the subsequent running costs will decrease.
