摘 要:以直接膨胀式冷库制冷系统为对象,通过改变风冷冷凝器风机频率,对不同库温下的制冷系统性能进行了实验研究。研究发现,在相同的库温下,随着冷凝器风机频率的降低,系统制冷量减小,压缩机功率增大,系统总功率减小;当库温高于-18℃时,制冷系统COP随冷凝器风机频率的降低而减小,但当库温降至-18℃时,制冷系统COP反而增大。在相同的冷凝器风机频率下,随着库温的降低,系统制冷量减小,压缩机功率减小,系统总功率减小,制冷系统COP减小。当库温为-18℃时,冷凝器风机频率变化对制冷量影响较小,制冷系统COP主要受系统总功率的影响;库温高于-18℃时,冷凝器风机频率变化对系统总功率和制冷量均有影响,但制冷量变化对制冷系统COP影响更大。因此,在厦门地区冬季运行时,冷凝器风机在变频运行方式下,冷库制冷系统节能与否须结合库温工况确定。Based on a direct expansion cold store refrigeration system, performances of the system under different cold store room temperatures were experimentally studied by changing the condenser fan frequency. The study shows that the refrigerating effect and power consumption of the system reduce and the compressor power increases with decreasing condenser fan frequency fiJr the same cold store room temperatures. For cold store room temperatures above - 18℃, system COP decreases with lowering condenser fan frequency, but increases when the room temperature is at - 18℃. For the same frequency, the refrigerating effect, the compressor and the system power consumption as well as COP all reduce with decreasing room temperature. When the room temperature is - 18℃, condenser fan frequency conversion has lesser impact on system refrigerating effect, while system power has more effect on COP. For room temperatures above - 18℃, although system power consumption and refrigerating effect are influenced by condenser fan frequency conversion, refrigerating effect change has stronger effect on COP. Therefore, whether it is energy saving or not to operate a cold store refrigeration system under condenser fan frequency conversion mode at winter condi- tions in Xiamen should be determined by combination with cold store room temperature conditions.
