摘　　要：微分方程及其控制理论在现代经济管理中有着极为广泛的应用，但对于经济现象的时滞效应缺少足够的分析和研究．本文拟就消费和积累比及动态投入产出两类问题中存在的时滞效应进行一些分析研究，从而得出一些有用的结论。Differential equation and its control theory are widely applied in modern economics management field, but there is short of enough analysis and study about time-delay effect of economics phenomenon. This paper aims to analize and study the time-delay effect of the ratio between cost and accumulation. and of dynamic input and output model., so as to draw some useful conclusion.
