旅游视角下岳阳教会学校遗址规划研究

摘　　要：指出了我国城市发展速度快,在遗址的保护方面,由于管理不善、技术缺失等原因导致保护与展示达不到预期的目标。与此同时,法定假期碎片化导致周边游以其出游半径小、单次行程时间短、决策时间快的特点成为了都市短假期休闲出游的必然选择。岳阳湖滨教会学校以其独特的历史背景、中西结合的建筑风格以及其得天独厚的地理区位成为岳阳以及周边城市短假期休闲出游目的地的完美选择。通过对教会学校的人文特征和社会特征的研究,结合旅游发展,对旅游视角下的岳阳教会学校遗址保护利用与规划开发的研究理论进行了探讨。以岳阳湖滨教会学校遗址为实例,分别从资源的分析与开发利用、文脉的挖掘与主题的选取、客源的分析与业态的选择三个角度出发,进行了分析总结,为相关案例提供参考。The speed of urban development in China is fast.In terms of site protection,due to unfavorable management and lack of technology,protection and display cannot reach the expected requirements.At the same time,the fragmentation of the statutory holidays caused the peripheral tour to be the main choice for the short travel of the city with its small travel radius,short travel time and quick decision time.Yueyang Hubin church school with its unique historical background,the combination of Chinese and western architectural style and its unique geographical location become the perfect choice for the city＇s short vacation leisure travel destination.Through the study of cultural characteristics and social characteristics of church school,combined with the tourism development,the tourism under the perspective of Yueyang church school site protection using the theory of research and planning development were discussed.Based on relevant theories,this paper summarizes the analysis and development of the resources,the selection of the mining and the topic,the analysis of the source and the selection of the business mode.Finally,a case study of Yueyang Hubin church school is provided for reference.
