摘  要:以野生型拟南芥哥伦比亚(Columbia)和水杨酸、乙烯信号转导阻断双重突变体npr1-1/ein2-1两种基因型拟南芥为试材,试验研究了灰霉菌侵染后水杨酸和乙烯信号转导对拟南芥生长发育情况及对光合作用的影响。试验结果显示:水杨酸信号转导阻断与乙烯信号转导阻断双突变体npr1-1/ein2-1灰霉菌侵染后单株干重与对照相比明显下降;而光合作用相关参数下降更为明显,与叶绿色含量下降呈正相关关系。In this study,Columbia(wild-type),Salicylic acid and ethylene signal double mutantsnpr1-1/ein2-1 were used as experimental materialsto research the effect of Salicylic acid and ethylene signal transduction on Arabidopsis thaliana's growth development and photosynthesis that were infected with gray mold.The results show that Salicylic acid signal transduction and ethylene signal doublemutantsnpr1-1/ein2-1,the dry weight of single plant decreased obviously compared with WT.However,the related parameters of photosynthesis decreased significantly,which was positively correlated with the decrease of chlorophyll content.
