磨牙中微管方向对结构损伤的影响

摘  要:指出了人的牙齿在咀嚼中承受着变化多样的载荷,牙齿多孔的微观结构对结构损伤有着一定的影响。根据扫描电镜观察牙齿的微观结构,建立了3种二维的微观模型:椭圆微管长轴平行于圆周切向的周向椭圆孔洞模型、椭圆微管长轴平行于圆周径向的径向椭圆孔洞模型,以及微管为圆形的圆形孔洞模型。通过渐进损失讨论了微管排列方向对抵抗裂纹损伤的影响。结果表明:周向椭圆孔洞模型能有效增强牙齿抵抗微裂纹扩展的能力。这些结果对于天然复合材料的研究以及工程材料的应用有一定的指导作用。Human teeth bear various load during the chew.The pore microstructures of teeth devote to influence the resistance of impact and micro-damage.In this paper,according to the microstructure of teeth,three 3-D microstructure models were established.They were circumferential ellipse pore,radial elliptical pore and circular pore.The three models were constructed for the investigation of the influence of the arranged direction on micro-damage through progressive damage.The result shows the circumferential ellipse pore resist microcrack propagation more effectively.These investigated results for the microstructures found in teeth can serve engineers as guidance in the designs of biomimetic and bioinspired materials for engineering applications.
