摘 要:针对多绳缠绕式超深矿井提升机在运行中存在提升段钢丝绳动态张力测量难且动荷载对安全生产影响较大的问题,在充分考虑动态工况下,结合提升系统受力情况,建立数学模型和方程,提出了准确实用的检测方案,从而实现提升段钢丝绳动态张力的可靠检测,保障超深矿井提升机的安全运行。For the dynamic tension of riser wire rope,it's significant and difficult to De measureu during the working process in ultra deep mine hoist of multi rope winding, considering the dynamic stress of the lifting system under dynamic conditions ,the accurate and practical test scheme is put forward which based on the mathematical model and equation are established, in order that the dynamic tension of the lifting section detected reliably, and make certain that the safety operation of ultra-deep multi rope winding hoist.
