摘　　要：为研究新生产形势下煤矿安全管理的经济效益和社会效益,将不同年份的煤矿安全管理水平作为决策单元,以煤矿安全效益评价原理为基础,划分煤矿安全管理水平指标并建立评价指标体系,利用MATLAB软件对该体系进行DEA分析,比较不同年份的安全管理相对有效性,探讨不同生产形势下安全管理的优化措施。In order to study the new production of coal mine safety management under the situation of economic and social benefits, it＇s level in different years as decision-making units, based on the principle of safety evaluation of coal mine division indicators and establish the evaluation index system, DEA analysis of the system by using MATLAB software, comparison of different security management the year of the relative effectiveness of the optimization measures of safety management in the different production situation.
