摘　　要：文章主要从逻辑的视角探讨信息哲学,明确信息哲学是关于信息的本质及其动态变化规律的新的哲学分支。文章运用类比"语言转向"的方式定义了哲学的"信息转向"。并以动态认知逻辑作为理论工具分析信息及其信息的动态变化,为寻找一种分析各种信息及其动态变化的统一理论提供思路,实现对其基本规律的认识,从而更好地解释和指导人类的实践活动,以及处理实践活动中呈现的哲学问题。This paper discusses philosophy of information from the logical perspective. By discussing, we can know that philosophy of information is a new branch of philosophy about the essence and the dynamics of information. We define the ＂information turn＂ of philosophy in a similar way to the ＂linguistic turn＂. Analyzing information and the dynamics of information by dynamic epistemic logic and know their fundamental laws finally. Therefore, be better explained. can provide ideas to get a unified theory about these analyses practical activities and the philosophical problems involved can
