摘 要:唐代册封四夷君长与授受四夷首领官爵根据四夷政治归属可分为两类:一是对境内四夷,二是对境外邻蕃、邻国。前者既是将其纳入唐统治体制的重要途径,又是管理境内蕃部的方式之一;后者在现实中则是唐处理与邻蕃、邻国关系的方式,或者说是唐与邻蕃、邻国交往的政治途径,而授予邻蕃、邻国首领官爵,却是实现唐与邻蕃、邻国交聘能够顺利进行的一种方式。唐代册封与授受四夷官爵是以华夏为中心的观念与儒家主张在实践中的运用。唐既用它建立内部政治秩序,又将这种国内政治关系推及于外,用以处理与周边国家之间的关系,建立对外关系体制。唐以册封为途径建立的华夷秩序,由于册封对象的类型不同,形成了以唐为中心性质不同的政治关系层圈。Siyi political attribution could be divided into two categories,one on the territory of Siyi,and the second was outside of the Tangs tribute states,and its neighboring countries.The former was not only an important way to integrate it into the imperial rule system,but also one of the ways to manage the tribes in the territory.In reality,it was the way of the Tang to deal with the relationship between its neighboring tribute states and neighboring countries,or the political channels of the Tang and its neighboring countries,and to grant neighboring officials of the neighboring tribute states and neighboring countries,a way in which the neighboring tribute countries could be handed in smoothly.The Tang Dynasty canonized Siyi monarch and head were based on the concept of China as the center and the use of Confucianism in practice.The Tang and the establishment of internal political order,and this kind of domestic political relations to the outside,dealed with the relationship between the neighboring countries,the establishment of foreign relations system.The Tang Dynasty set up the way to establish the order of Hua Yi,due to the different types of canonized objects,and the formation of the Tang as the center of the different nature of the political relations circle.
