摘　　要：分析西藏高校学生就业指导过程中思想政治教育存在的重大意义,并针对当前西藏高校在学生就业指导实施过程中,思想政治教育工作所表现出的问题和影响进行调查分析,结合实际提出相应对策和建议。建议建立西藏高校学生就业指导中思想政治教育工作运行的长效机制,实现西藏高校学生就业指导与思想政治教育工作有效结合,以期能够发挥西藏高校学生就业指导中思想政治教育的作用。We analyze the significance of the element of ideological and political education on employment guidance for student in Tibet colleges comprehensively and systematically, and we have a thorough investigation of the work by exists of problem and obstacles for the ideological and political education on employment guidance for student in Tibet colleges. We combine the actual and then put forward suggestions, and propose to establish a long-term mechanism of the work by the ideological and political education on employment guidance for student in Tibet colleges. It will achieve the effective integration, integration and coordination of the employment guidance and the ideological and political education in Tibet colleges. Finally, it will play an important role for the element of ideological and political education on employment guidance for student in Tibet colleges.
