摘 要:目的建立新型总黄酮含量的检测方法,以解决复方丹参胶囊中间品总黄酮含量测定过程中酚酸类化合物干扰的问题。方法依据酚酸类化合物与黄酮类化合物结构上的区别,加入Na HCO3使酚酸类化合物成盐,再与硝酸铝比色法相结合,在紫外500 nm处,进行总黄酮含量测定。结果所建立的新型总黄酮测定方法结果准确,重现性、稳定性和精密度均较好,平均加样回收率为98.64%,RSD=0.99%(n=6)。结论本研究所建立的新型总黄酮含量的检测方法,适于测定复方丹参胶囊中间品总黄酮含量,同时为总黄酮含量测定提供了新方法,新思路。OBJECTIVE To establish a new method for the determination of total flavonoid contents in the intermediates of salvia miltiorrhiza compound capsule. METHODS Based on the structure difference of phenolic acids and flavonoids,Na HCO3 was added to make phenolic acids form salt. Combined with Al( NO3)3 colorimetric method,the content of total flavonoids was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry at 500 nm. RESULTS The novel determination method of total flavonoid was accurate,with good precision,stability and repeatability. The average recovery was 98. 64%,RSD = 0. 99%( n = 6). CONCLUSION The established method is suitable for the determination of the total flavonoids in intermediates of salvia miltiorrhiza compound capsule.At the same time provides a new method and new ideas for the determination of flavonoids content.
