国产氯吡格雷与阿司匹林对老年急性冠脉综合征的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨国产氯吡格雷与阿司匹林对老年急性冠脉综合征患者血小板抑制率的影响。方法选择2013年2月~2015年9月某院收治的老年急性冠脉综合征患者80例,采用随机数表法将所有患者分为对照组及观察组各40例。两组患者均应用阿司匹林进行抗血小板治疗,对照组在此基础上加用进口氯吡格雷,观察组则加用国产氯吡格雷。应用血栓弹力图(TEG)仪对两组血小板抑制率及纤溶凝血指标进行对比分析。结果观察组血小板抑制率略低于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组纤溶、凝血指标、临床疗效及不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论国产氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗老年急性冠脉综合征能够达到与进口氯吡格雷相近的效果,可有效抑制血小板聚集,改善预后,安全可靠,具有推广应用价值。OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of domestic clopidogrel and aspirin on platelet inhibition in elderly patients with acute coronary syndrome. METHODS A total of 80 elderly patients with acute coronary syndrome from February 2013 ～ 2015 year in September in a hospital were included,and randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each. The observation group was treated with imported clopidogrel plus aspirin,and the control group was given domestic clopidogrel plus aspirin. Thrombus elastograph（ TEG）was used to compare the platelet inhibition rate and fibrinolytic index in two groups. RESULTS The platelet inhibition rate in the observation group was slightly lower than that in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. In addition,no significant differences of fibrinolysis,coagulation index and adverse reactions between the matched groups were found（ P〉0. 05）.CONCLUSION Compared with imported clopidogrel,domestic clopidogrel shows similar effects in the treatment of elderly patients with acute coronary syndrome.
