基于“相对零库存”管理的中药智能配发药系统构建与应用

摘　　要：目的构建基于"中药零库存"管理的中药智能配发药系统并应用。方法从2016年起,改造、升级医院药品信息管理系统,建立中药处方审核、调配、发药及煎药智能系统,完善并优化中药饮片申领、退药处理、库存报警、缺药等管理流程,结合工作量开展考核。以工作效率、调剂出错率、药品供应满足率、退货率、患者满意率及资金占用率指标评估中药智能配发药系统。结果中药智能配发药系统应用后,相关部门工作效率、药品供应满足率及患者满意度提高,调剂差错率、资金占用率及退货率下降。结论构建并应用中药智能配发药系统,员工工作效率得到提高,药品周转时间显著缩短,改善了药品质量,提升患者满意度,并建立起一体化的中药配送协作体系,进一步降低医院运营成本。OBJECTIVE To construct a traditional Chinese medicine dispensing system based on ＂ zero stock of traditional Chinese medicine＂,and to apply it. METHODS From 2016,the hospital drug information management system was reformed and upgraded. The intelligent system of prescription auditing,filling,dispensing,and decocting of traditional Chinese medicine was established. The processes of Chinese herbal medicine＇ stock-in,withdrawal processing,inventory alarm,lack of drugs were optimized,and workloads combined indicators aboved were assessed. The intelligent dispensing system of Chinese medicine was evaluated by accessing working efficiency,dispensing error rate,drug supply satisfaction rate,return rate,patient satisfaction rate and capital occupancy rate index. RESULTS After the application of traditional Chinese medicine intelligent dispensing system,the related departments＇ working efficiency,drug supply satisfaction rate and patient satisfaction were improved,and the rate of dispensing error,capital occupation rate and return rate were decreased. CONCLUSION Construction and application of traditional Chinese medicine intelligent dispensing system can improve the work efficiency,shorten the time of drug turnover,improve drug quality and patient satisfaction,and further reduce the cost of hospital operation.
