摘　　要：目的 探讨实施出院计划对肩关节镜术后患者功能康复的影响.方法 选取2014年6月～2016年5月在该院行肩关节镜手术患者71例,随机分为对照组35例,研究组36例.对照组采用常规护理,研究组按出院计划实施护理,两组患者均采用美国加州洛杉矶分校（University of California,Los Angeles,UCLA）肩关节评分标准评估肩关节功能.结果 两组患者术前肩关节功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）.两组患者在术后出院（3、6、12个月）时肩关节功能评分及优良率比较,差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）.结论 肩关节镜手术患者实施出院计划能有效地减轻患者术后疼痛、恢复肩关节功能和运动,提高患者生活质量和满意度.Objective To explore the effect of discharge plan on functional rehabilitation of patients with shoulder arthroscopy. Methods A total of 71 patients who had shoulder arthroscopy operations from June 2014 to May 2016 were selected, and were randomly divided into control group （35 cases） and research group （36 cases）. The control group was treated with routine care, and the team carried out nursing care according to the discharge plan. The two grotips of patients were assessed shoulder joint function using the shoulder joint score standard of the University of California, Los Angeles （UCLA）. Results Compared with the preoperative shoulder function scores of patients in both groups, the difference had no statistical significance （P〉0.05）. Howe^l＇~ compared with the shoulder function score and good rate after discharge （3 months, 6 months and 12 months） of patients of con/r^ol group and research group, the differences had statistical significance （P〈0. 05）. Conclusions The implementation of discharge plan for shoulder arthroscopy patients can effectively reduce postoperative pain for the patients, recover shoulder functions and movement, improve the life quality and satisfaction of patients.
