摘 要:对比了聚硅硫酸铁(PFSS)和聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)对活性污泥过滤脱水性能的调理效果,重点考察不同投加量条件下,污泥比阻、毛细吸水时间(CST)、含水率、粒径以及污泥上清液中水质特性的变化,并通过总有机碳(TOC)和三维荧光(3D-EEM)探讨了污泥调理的作用机制。研究表明:在投加量93~140 kg/t(DS)的条件下,PFSS对污泥过滤脱水性能的调理效果优于PAM。污泥上清液中TOC含量随PFSS投加量的增加,呈现先降低后升高的趋势。3D-EEM分析表明:污泥溶胞后上清液中出现了类富里酸和疏水类有机酸物质,说明PFSS可通过释放污泥胞内水和结合水来提高污泥的脱水性能。Conditioning effect of polymeric ferric silicate sulfate( PFSS) and polyacrylamide( PAM) for dewatering of waste activated sludge were compared,mainly focused on the change of sludge specific resistance( SRF),capillary suction time( CST),water content,sludge particle sizes and water quality characteristics of sludge supernatant. Total organic carbon( TOC) and three-dimensional excitation-emission matrix fluorescence spectra was investigated to study the mechanism of sludge conditioning. The results indicated that waste activated sludge conditioned by PFSS with dose of 93 ~ 140 kg/t( DS)showed better dewaterability,with lower specific resistance and capillary suction time,and larger particulate diameter than that by PMS. The acidic environment formed after PFSS addition,resulted in sludge lysis and the release of intercellular organic matters into supernatant. The three-dimensional excitation-emission matrix fluorescence spectra further confirmed the appearance of fulvic acid-like substances and hydrophobic acid substances generated from cell lysis. The destruction of extracellular polymeric substances and cell wall induced the conversion of intercellular and bound water to free water,which was in favor of sludge dewatering.
