摘 要:介绍了超声波雾化脱硫除尘一体化废气净化技术,是国内首套同步解决烟气脱硫、除尘、脱硝(附带效果)问题的新工艺。其独创性地将超声波雾化装置引入工业废气净化装置中,配合自主研发的可再生循环使用的高效吸收剂,构成了独特的一体化工业废气净化处理系统。该系统在海螺水泥厂实际应用数据显示:与传统湿法脱硫工艺相比,该工艺能够显著提高脱硫效率,最高可达96%以上,除尘率可达80%,氮氧化物脱除率最高可达50%,可在脱硫的过程中达到废气同步净化的目的。同时,该工艺布局合理且占地面积小,不但适用于新建项目的废气处理需求,还适用于对原有老旧废气处理装置的升级和改造要求,未来具有广阔的市场应用前景。The article introduced an integrated dedusting and desulfurization technology by means of ultrasonic atomization,which was the first time to provide a simultaneous solution to flue gas desulfurization,dust removal,denitrification( additional effect) in China. Ultrasonic atomization device was originally introduced into the industrial exhaust gas purification device.Together with self-developed recyclable absorbent with high efficiency,an integrated industrial exhaust gas purification treatment system was formed. According to practical data from the first set of such system applied in Hailuo Cement Plant,this process could significantly improve the desulfurization efficiency( up to above 96%),the dust removal rate( up to 80%),compared with the traditional wet desulfurization process. Besides,the nitrogen oxide removal efficiency could reach 50%,suggesting that desulfurization and exhaust gas purification could be achieved in the process. At the same time,the process was well laid-out and occupied a limited area,meeting not only the requirements for exhaust gas treatment from new project,but also the requirements for upgrading and altering old exhaust gas treatment plants.
