摘 要:利用稻壳气化发电的副产物——稻壳气化焦载银后,脱除模拟烟气中的Hg^0、SO_2和NO,可以节约能源,减少环境污染。实验在固定床实验系统进行,稻壳气化焦和载银稻壳气化焦经过20 min吸附后脱汞效率趋于稳定,约为18.2%和89.9%。实验考察了不同烟气组分对Hg^0的脱除效果:SO_2抑制Hg^0的脱除;NO和Hg^0的吸附容量存在非线性关系,随着NO浓度的增加,Hg^0的吸附容量先增加后降低;O_2和HCl能促进Hg^0的脱除,其中HCl的促进效果更明显。在模拟烟气下,Hg^0吸附容量为45.92μg/g,脱硫和脱硝效率分别为50.3%和41.7%,表明载银稻壳气化焦对Hg^0、SO_2和NO具有良好的协同脱除效果。In this paper,we used by-product of rice husk gasification power generation,which was loaded with silver to remove Hg^0,SO2 and NO from the simulated flue gas. The experiment was carried out in a fixed bed experimental system. The Hg^0 removal efficiency after 20 minutes of adsorption,of the rice husk gasification char and sliver-loaded rice husk gasification char was about 18. 2% and 89. 9%,namely. For different gas components,the experiment showed different results: SO2 inhibited mercury removal; the relationship between Hg^0 adsorption capacity and NO concentration was found to be nonlinear,and with the increase of NO concentration,the Hg^0 adsorption capacity increased first and then decreased; O2 and HCl promoted mercury removal,but the effect of HCl was more obvious. Under simulated flue gas,the Hg^0 adsorption capacity was 45. 92 g/g,and the remove efficiencies of SO2 and NO were 50. 3% and 41. 7%,respectively. The results showed that the sliver-loaded rice husk gasification char had good synergistic removal effect on Hg^0,O2 and NO.
