摘 要:在传统厌氧消化系统中,大量发酵微生物随出料一起流失,发酵罐中难以保持高生物活性。向发酵罐中添加微生物载体,使污泥停留时间(SRT)与水力停留时间(HRT)分离,将微生物保留在发酵罐中,从而提高厌氧消化性能。此外,导电性载体还能通过促进种间直接电子转移(DIET)而提高厌氧消化效率。综述了微生物载体对厌氧消化性能的影响、微生物固定化厌氧消化工艺的影响因素以及微生物载体对微生物的影响,为提高厌氧消化系统效能提供参考。In the traditional anaerobic digestion system,a large number of fermented microorganisms were lost together with the discharge,and thus it was difficult to maintain high bio-activity in the digester. The microbial carriers were added to the digester to isolate the solids retention time( SRT) from the hydraulic retention time( HRT),allowing the microorganisms to remain in the digester,thereby improving the anaerobic digestion performance. In addition,the conductive carriers could also enhance the efficiency of the anaerobic digestion via direct interspecies electron transfer( DIET). In this paper,the effects of microbial carriers on anaerobic digestion,the impacting factors of microbial immobilized anaerobic digestion process and the effects of microbial carriers on microbes were reviewed,and the technical and engineering references were prospected to improve the performance of anaerobic digestion system.
