中国“医养结合”服务研究的文献分析

摘　　要：目的系统分析"医养结合"服务研究的现状和发展趋势。方法在三大中文数据库和Pub Med数据库中检索中国"医养结合"领域研究的文献。对检索到的文献按特定标准进行筛选,提取所需信息。结果共检索到文献483篇,筛选后纳入文献264篇,分别发表在142种期刊上,2013年后文献快速增长,主要是观点或综述性文章(88.3%),第一作者主要来自高校(37.6%)和医院(21.2%),第一作者主要分布在江苏省(12.5%)和北京市(12.1%),现有实证和个案研究均聚焦机构养老。结论中国"医养结合"服务研究尚处于起步阶段,研究质量有待进一步提高,研究聚焦需要进一步调整,以满足社会养老需求。Objective To systematically review the literatures related with ＂combined service of medicine and care＂ and learn its current status and future trend. Methods Literatures related with ＂ combined service of medicine and care ＂ for the older people were re- trieved in the Chinese databases and PubMed database. Literatures were selected based on certain standards developed to extract the informa- tion. Results A total of 483 literatures were retrieved and 264 ones published were included in this study. They were published in 142 kinds of journal. The number of literatures were growing rapidly since 2013. Most of the literatures were the type of view or review （ 88.3% ）. The first authors were mainly from universities （37.6%） and hospitals （21.2%）. The first authors were mainly from Jiangsu （ 12.5% ） and Bei- jing（ 12.1% ）. Empirical study and case study focused on institute-based care for the older people. Conclusions The studies related with ＂ combined service of medicine and care ＂ for the older people in China are still in the starting phrase. The quality of these studies are needed to be improved. The research priority need further adjustment to meet the demand of the older people.
