摘  要:目的探讨山茶籽油对不同雌激素受体(ER)-β基因型广西百色壮族妇女绝经后骨质疏松(PMOP)的影响。方法598名长期食用山茶籽油(ECO)的广西百色壮族绝经妇女为ECO组,619名长期不食用ECO的广西壮族绝经妇女为NECO组,用超声骨质密度仪测量两组右侧跟骨超声骨质密度(BUA),用限制性片段长度多态性聚合链反应(PCR-RFLP)检测两组ER-β基因多态性。结果 ECO组PMOP患病率明显低于NECO组(P<0.05)。两组ER-β的RsaⅠ酶切rr基因型分布频率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),rr基因型PMOP患病率明显增多(P<0.05)。ECO PMOP组携带AluⅠ酶切位点的Aa基因型分布频率明显少于NECO PMOP组(P<0.05)。结论 ECO对PMOP有防治作用;ER-β的rr基因型可能是PMOP的遗传易感基因;ER-β的Aa基因型是与山茶籽油起交互作用对PMOP防治的敏感基因型。Objective Abstract Objective To explore effect of the camellia seed oil of different ER-beta genotypes of Guangxi Zhuang nationality women with PMOP. Methods There were 598 patients with long-term consumption of camellia seed oil of Guangxi Zhuang nationality postmenopausal women were selected as observation group and 617 eases of long-term edible camellia seed oil of Guangxi Zhuang nationality postmenopausal women were selected as control group. Ultrasonic bone density apparatus was used to measure right calca- neus ultrasonic bone density( BUA), PCR-RFLP was used to test estrogen receptor beta gene polymorphism. Results Compared with control group of the same age, the prevalence of PMOP in observation group of the Guangxi Zhuang nationality postmenopausal women with long-term consumption of camellia seed oil was significantly lower than that of control group with non-long-term consumption of camellia seed oil group in Guangxi Zhuang nationality postmenopausal women. There was significant difference in ER-beta Rsa I enzyme genotype frequency between the two groups, the prevalence of rr genotype PMOP was increased significantly( P〈O. 05 ). In the long-term consumption of camellia seed oil group, earring Alu I enzyme Aa genotype frequency loci of PMOP group was less than that of PMOP group from non-consumption of camellia seed oil control group( P〈0.05 ). Conclusions Camellia seed oil has prevention and cure function on postmenopausal osteoporosis; Estro- gen receptor-beta rr genotype may be genetic susceptibility genes in postmenopausal osteoporosis; Estrogen receptor beta Aa genotype has in- teraction with camellia seed oil against PMOP and is sensitive genotypes preventing from PMOP.
