摘　　要：现有的建筑中水回用系统,因为建造显性成本和隐性成本均很高(如占用有巨额价值的地下车库空间),不是因为政府强制要求设置,开发方一般都不设置,因运行成本高、管理复杂,大部分实际并不正常使用。开发了一套高层公共建筑错层中水回用系统:(1)完全不占用地下车库空间;(2)建造成本是普通中水设备的15%;(3)因可减少马桶水箱及空间,实际综合造价为零;(4)运行成本是普通中水设备的30%;(5)设备构造简单,运行维护简单,零能耗;(6)使用该设备对已建成建筑进行中水回用改造工程简单。Existing water reuse systems in buildings are not constructed because of the high cost of explicit construction and high hidden costs（underground garages that take up huge amounts of money）.Due to high operating costs,management complexity,most of the actual systems do not work properly.The high-rise public buildings described in the article the split-level water reclamation system：（1） Does not occupy huge underground garage space;（2） Construction costs are 15%of ordinary water equipment;（3） Due to reduce the toilet tank and space,the actual comprehensive cost is zero;（4） Operating costs are 30% of ordinary water equipment;（5） The device structure is simple,easy maintenance,zero energy consumption;（6） The use of the equipment on the completed building water reuse project is simple.
