2005-2016年某精神专科医院法定传染病疫情分析

摘　　要：目的了解某精神专科医院2005-2016年法定传染病发病报告情况及特点,为该类医疗机构制定防控措施提供科学依据。方法采用描述性流行病学方法分析某精神专科医院法定传染病报告情况。结果 2005-2016年12年间该院报告乙、丙类法定传染病共11种,454例,无甲类传染病。乙、丙类法定传染病前5位是:病毒性肝炎、梅毒、肺结核、艾滋病和流行性感冒。血源性及性传播传染病最多,农民是发病最多的群体。结论未来该院法定传染病防治重点是血源性及性传播疾病,如病毒性肝炎、梅毒和艾滋病。要加强农民群体传染病知识的健康教育,以及住院患者行为和卫生习惯管理。加强肺结核的防控和流行性感冒的预防。Objective To investigate the epidemical report and characteristics of notifiable infectious diseases of a psychiatric hospital in 2005-2016,and provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of this kind of medical institution. Methods Descriptive epidemiological analysis was conducted on the surveillance data of notifiable infectious diseases in a psychiatric hospital. Results There were 11 kinds of Class B and Class C infectious diseases in total,and 454 cases were reported during the 12 years from 2005 to 2016. The Class A infectious diseases hadn＇t been reported. The top 5 notifiable infectious diseases were viral hepatitis,syphilis,pulmonary tuberculosis,acquired immune deficiency syndrome（ AIDS） and influenza respectively. Blood-borne and sexual transmitted diseases accounted for the largest proportions. Peasantry was the high risk population. Conclusion The main infectious diseases of this hospital to prevent and control in future are blood-borne and sexual transmitted diseases,such as viral hepatitis,syphilis and AIDS. It is necessary to disseminate the knowledge of infectious diseases among peasantry and focus on the inpatients＇ behavior and hygiene management. Psychiatric hospitals need to strengthen the control of tuberculosis and the prevention of influenza.
