Bibliometric Analysis of Papers on Cervical Cancer Indexed in Web of Science During 2007 to 2016

摘　　要：目的通过Web of Science数据库了解近10年宫颈癌研究的整体状况,为今后相关研究提供参考。方法检索2007-2016年Web of Science数据库收录的关于宫颈癌的文献,采用标题检索法,检索词为"(cervical*OR Cervix*)and(cancer OR carcinoma OR neoplasm OR tumor)",利用Web of Science、SPSS对检索结果从文献发表数量、杂志分布、作者、发文机构、国家等方面进行分析。结果共检索到11 417篇文献,文献数量呈逐年上升趋势,但护理领域发展相对落后。刊载文献数量最多的期刊是GYNECOLOGIC ONCOLOGY。发文最多的国家是美国。被引频次最多的是Schiffman发表的关于人乳头瘤病毒与宫颈癌的一篇文章。结论随着医学发展的不断进步,对于宫颈癌的研究日趋成熟,HPV的筛查和阳性患者的管理以及宫颈癌患者长期生存情况或其伴侣和家庭的整体干预是今后护理领域的研究方向。Objective To investigate the research on cervical cancer based on Web of Science over the past 10 years. Methods Papers on cervical cancer were retrieved from Web of Science during 2007-2016 by using index words（ cervical＊ OR Cervix ＊） and（ cancer OR carcinoma OR neoplasm OR tumor）. Using the Web of Science and SPSS,the obtained articles were analyzed in terms of published quantity,journal distribution,author,publishing organization,county,etc. Results A total of 11 417 papers were retrieved. The number of publications on cervical cancer gradually increased over the past 10 years,but the development in nursing was relatively backward. The Gynecologic Oncology was the most popular journal. American research institutions contributed the most research papers. Cited most frequently was an article published by Schiffman on human papillomavirus and cervical cancer. Conclusion Following the unceasing progress in medical sciences,research on cervical cancer is becoming mature daily. More research should focus on management of positive patients,long-term quality of life of patients with cervical cancer and interventions of patients＇ spouses and families.
