摘　　要：目的调查分析南京市属各类医疗机构的临床输血管理现状。方法对2016年度有输血工作的南京市属医疗机构进行检查,主要调查输血科设施、输血管理与临床输血。结果共检查68家医院,其中三级医院17家、二级医院18家、基层医院33家。三级医院存在的主要问题为面积不足和人员数量偏少;二级医院的问题包括血库面积不足,人员严重缺乏,室内质控和室间质评开展较少;基层医院普遍缺少配血专用区域,人员严重不足,没有输血信息化管理系统,输血管理和技术无法满足国家规范要求。结论南京市三级医院的输血管理普遍较好;二级医院及基层医院的管理及技术水平总体较差,存在安全隐患。Objective To investigate and analyze the current practices in blood transfusion management of different medical institutions in Nanjing city. Methods The medical institutions with blood transfusion practices in Nanjing city were investigated from 2016. The survey contents included blood transfusion facilities,blood transfusion management and clinical blood transfusion. Results A total of 68 hospitals were inspected,including 17 tertiary hospitals,18 second-level hospitals,and 33 basic-level hospitals. The main problems in tertiary hospitals were inadequate area of the workplace and shortage of staff members.The problems of second-level hospitals included insufficient blood bank area,severe shortage of personnel,and fewer implement of internal quality control and external quality assessment. In basic-level hospitals,lack of special area for blood grouping and crossmatching,serious shortage of technicians,and no information management system were universal phenomena,and the management and technical levels failed to meet the national standards. Conclusion The management of blood transfusion in tertiary hospitals in Nanjing city is generally better. However,the management and technical levels in secondary-and basic-level hospitals are poor and with safe risks.
