摘 要:目的研究齿叶白鹃梅叶对链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导糖尿病大鼠的降糖作用。方法以高脂乳液诱导结合腹腔注射小剂量STZ造2型糖尿病大鼠模型,造模结束后按组别分别灌胃给予高剂量[9 g(生药)/(kg·d)]和低剂量[3 g(生药)/(kg·d)]的齿叶白鹃梅提取液,考察其造模后给药前至给药6周各组大鼠体质量及其空腹血糖(FBG)的变化情况,并用ELISA法测定大鼠的血清胰岛素(FINS)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、游离脂肪酸(NEFA)等生化指标的含量。结果高剂量的齿叶白鹃梅提取液能显著降低糖尿病大鼠的FBG值,提高FINS水平和机体SOD活性,降低血清MDA、TC、TG、NEFA含量,且灌服齿叶白鹃梅高剂量提取液的糖尿病大鼠与模型组大鼠及灌服齿叶白鹃梅低剂量提取液的糖尿病大鼠的体质量存在显著差异。结论齿叶白鹃梅叶具有改善糖尿病大鼠生存状态,降低FBG,且降低血脂的作用。Objective To determine the mechanism of Exochorda serratifolia leaves in lowering blood glucose and cholesteral. Methods Type 2 diabetic rat models were established by high fat and sugar emulsion together with low dose streptozotocin (STZ). After perfusing the rats' stomach with the Exochorda serratifolia leaves of decoction at 9 g (crude drug)/(kg · d) and 3 g (crude drug)/(kg · d), the effect of mulberry leaf effective extracts on body weight and fasting blood glucose (FBG) in diabetic rats at 0 to 6 weeks was determined. The fasting insulin levels (FINS), superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, malonaldehyde (MDA) amount, triglycerides (TG), cholesterol (TC) the nones terified acid (NEFA) were determined by ELISA. Results The decoction of Exochorda serratifolia leaves at high dose significantly decreased FBG, increased FINS and SOD activity, while decreased MDA amount, TC, TG and NEFA. The group treated with decoction ofExochorda serratifolia at high dose had significant body weight difference between the control group and the group treated with decoction of Exochorda serratifolia at low dose. Conclusion Decoction of Exochorda serratifolia leaves may reduce FBG and improve the living condition. They also decrease the blood glucose, and reduce the blood lipid.
