摘 要:目的探索适宜的营养专科临床药师工作模式,促进药师在临床营养支持中积极发挥作用。方法对本院营养支持治疗过程中存在的不合理问题进行调查总结,并以调查中发现的问题为切入点,探讨营养专科临床药师参与规范化临床营养支持的工作实践。结果通过多种途径规范营养支持治疗的实施,做到了全程化规范营养支持治疗。结论对于临床营养药师而言,营养学科规范化建设是挑战更是契机,药师应主动拓展、丰富工作内容,保障营养药物合理安全使用。Objective To explore the feasible work model of nutrition specified clinical pharmacists to participate in clinical nutrition support. Methods The irrational usage of nutritional support was analyzed.Starting with the issues identified in the survey, the pattern of nutrition specified clinical pharmacists was explored in the standardization of clinical nutrition support practice. Results Many ways were developed to regulate the nutrition support treatment, and standardized nutrition support treatment was provided. Conclusion For nutrition specified clinical pharmacists, the standardization of nutrition disciplines is both a challenge and opportunity. Pharmacists should take the initiative to adapt to work to promote the rational and use of nutrition drugs.
