摘　　要：Vabomere是美国医药公司(The American Medicines Company)开发的新型光谱抗菌药,于2017年8月获得美国FDA批准上市,用于治疗患有复杂性尿路感染的成年患者。该药对革兰阴性菌特别是对β-内酰胺类抗生素有抗性的致病菌有良好疗效,且安全性和耐受性好。笔者就Vabomere的基本信息、药效学、药动学和临床试验等情况作一介绍,以期能为临床用药提供帮助。Vabomere is the latest broad-spectrum antibiotics developed by the American Medicines Company for adult patients with complicated urinary tract infections along with pyelonephritis. It has been approved for marketing by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration in August 2017. Vabomere has a good effect on Gram- negative bacteria, especially bacterial pathogens resistant to fl-lactams with good safety and tolerability. In this review, the general inforamtion, pharmacodynamics, pharmacokinetics and clinical trials about the novel antibiotic are introduced for clinical reference.
