摘 要:目的:考察纳秒脉冲电场灭菌对益母草膏中盐酸水苏碱的含量和小鼠肝脏毒性的影响。方法:采用纳秒脉冲电场对益母草膏进行灭菌,用HPLC-UV和氨基柱测定盐酸水苏碱的含量,考察小鼠肝脏的毒性。结果:灭菌前后益母草中的盐酸水苏碱含量分别为78.58、77.92μg,对小鼠肝脏无毒性。结论:纳秒脉冲电场灭菌法对益母草膏中盐酸水苏碱的含量无影响、对肝脏无毒性。Objective :To explore the effect of nanosecond pulsed electric field sterilization of stachydrine hydrochloride in motherwort cream and the liver toxity in mice. Methods :Motherwort cream was sterilization by nanosecond pulsed electric filed. The content of stachydrine hydrochloride was determined by HPLC-UV and amino column. The liver toxiciy in mice was investigated. Results :The conten of stachydrine hydrochloride was 78.58 and 77.92 μg before and after sterilization. It had no liver toxity to mice. Conclusion :Nanosecond pulsed electric field sterilization had no effect on the content of stachydrine hydrochloride and had no liver toxicity.
