摘  要:目的:优化沙漠嘎种子超声辅助提取工艺条件。方法:以总黄酮提取率为评价指标,采用响应面法考察乙醇浓度、超声时间、液料比对沙漠嘎种子超声辅助提取工艺的影响。结果:响应面法优化得到的最佳提取条件为:乙醇浓度62%,超声时间为40 min,液料比为61.1∶1,在该提取条件下,沙漠嘎种子总黄酮提取率为1.52 mg·g^-1。结论:该工艺稳定可靠,可为沙漠嘎种子的综合利用提供依据。Objective :To optimize the ultrasound-assisted extraction process of Artemisia halodendronseeds. Methods :The extraction rate of total flavonoids was set as evaluation indicator,and the influence of ethanol volume fraction,ultrasonic time and ration of liquid to material were investigated by response surface methodology. Results :The optimized extraction technology by response surface methodology was :concentration of ethanol 62%,ultrasonic time 40 min,and ration of liquid to material 61.1∶1,the extraction of flavonoids under this condition was 1.52 mg·g^-1. Conclusion :The process can provide a basis for the over utilization of Artemisia halodendron seeds.
