运用挡板改良痔上黏膜环切术治疗混合痔临床研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨运用挡板改良痔上黏膜环切（PPH）术在治疗混合痔的可行性及价值。方法：选取符合要求的混合痔患者各40例,随机分为改良PPH组及PPH组,通过对比观察两组的疗效、治愈率、创面愈合时间、术后并发症（包括尿潴留、疼痛、出血、肛门狭窄、里急后重感等）、复发情况（随访3个月）等情况。结果：两组在疗效、创面愈合方面并无统计学差异,改良PPH在与PPH在术后并发症（包括尿潴留、疼痛、出血、肛门狭窄、里急后重感等）、复发情况（随访3个月）有统计学差异,P〈0.05。结论：运用挡板改良PPH术可治疗混合痔,同时相比PPH术又具有手术并发症少、复发率低的特点。Objective ：To explore the feasibility and value of using modified procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoid（PPH）in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids. Methods ：Forty patients with mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into two groups ：modified PPH group and PPH group. The compare the curative effect,cure rate,wound healing time,postoperative complications（including urinary retention,pain,bleeding,anus stenosis,tenesmus,etc.）,recurrence（follow-up 3 months）and so on. Results ：There was no significant difference in the curative effect and wound healing between the two groups. The complication of PPH was related to the postoperative complications（including urinary retention,pain,hemorrhage,anal stenosis,acute obstruction,etc.）were statistically different,P〈0.05. Conclusion ：The modified PPH surgery can treat mixed hemorrhoids,while compared with PPH surgery has fewer complications and lower recurrence rate.
