辨证应用中药注射液治疗冠心病120例临床回顾性分析

摘　　要：目的：探索辨证应用中药注射液治疗冠心病的临床疗效,以对中药注射液进行疗效和安全性评价。方法：回顾性分析中药注射液辨治冠心病的临床资料120例,统计分析舒血宁注射液、生脉注射液、血栓通注射液和丹参川芎嗪注射液分别治疗痰瘀痹阻型、气阴两虚型、气虚血瘀型和气滞血瘀型冠心病的临床疗效。结果：治疗后总有效率为80%,痰瘀闭阻、气阴两虚、气虚血瘀、气滞血瘀各证型有效率分别为86.66%、90%、73.33%、70%,各证型间比较均无显著性差异（P〉0.05）,治疗结束后患者主要伴随症状均有明显改善,实验过程中未出现不良反应和副作用,各指标有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论：以中医辨证论治为基础,进而根据证型选择相应的中药注射液,准确用药,可以使得药物发挥最大疗效,取得良好得临床效果,具有一定的安全性。Objective ：To explore the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine injection in the treatment of coronary heart disease in order to evaluate the efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine injection. Methods ：A retrospective analysis of TCM injection for treatment of 120 cases with coronary heart disease was made,statistical analysis of the clinical therapeutic effect of Shuxuening Injection,ShengmaiInjection,Xueshuantong Injection and Danshen Chuanxiongqin Injection on the treatment of phlegm stasis type,Qi Yin deficiency type,Qi deficiency and blood stasis type and Qi stagnation and blood stasis type coronary heart disease. Results ：After treatment,the total effective rate was 80%,phlegm stasis type,Qi Yin deficiency type,Qi deficiency and blood stasis type and Qi stagnation and blood stasis type were 86.66%,90%,73.33%,70%. There was no significant difference between the two groups（P〉0.05）. At the end of treatment,the symptoms of patients were significantly improved. There were no adverse reactions and side effects during the experiment. There were significant differences（P〈0.05）. Conclusion ：Based on TCM syndrome differentiation and then selecting the corresponding Chinese medicine injection according to syndrome type,accurate medication can make the drug exert the biggest curative effect and achieve good clinical effect,and it has certain safety.
