摘　　要：吴门医派是中医学一个重要的学术流派,向来有＂吴中医学甲天下＂之说。吴医对杂病的诊治独具特点：运用＂脾阴学说＂＂久病入络＂等创新性的理论指导脾胃病临床实践,取得了较好的疗效。现初步研究苏州市中医医院吴门医派研究院和上海中医药大学图书馆现存的吴门医派代表医家的古籍医案,以＂脾胃病＂为切入点,梳理并总结明清吴门代表医家治疗脾胃病的思路和实践,以期更好地指导当前脾胃病的诊断和治疗。Wumen medical school is an important academic school in TCM. It has been said that＂the medicine of Wumen is the best in the world＂. Doctors of Wumen medical school have special methods in treating miscellaneous diseases. They use innovative theory such as＂the theory of spleen Yin＂and＂chronic disease transforming to collaterals＂to cure stomach disease,has a good effect. Now,tease and summarize the thought and methods in treating stomach and spleen diseases in existing Wumen ancient books and case records preserved in the research institute of Wumen medical school of Suzhou hospital of TCM and the library of Shanghai university of TCM,in order to guide the diagnosis and treatment of spleen and stomach disease.
