摘　　要：电影艺术评奖,首要的是保证"程序正义",即通过合理设计评奖机制,以保证评奖结果的公信力。目前,国际上电影评奖投票规则主要为两种:一是排序复选制,为奥斯卡金像奖所采用;二是"多数票规则",目前国际A类电影节主竞赛单元投票规则均予以选用。相比较而言,由于评委人数较少,加之多数票规则本身的缺陷,评选结果或有较大偏离。经由数学模型分析,本文认为,相对科学的电影评奖投票规则,一是出台评奖标准,二是改多数票规则为排序复选制。The first and foremost is to promise procedural justice, in order to promise the credibility of awards of Film Festivals, which may lead to the reasonable design of rules. At present, there are two major systems of rules worldwide. One is Instant-runoff Voting, which is adopted by Oscar Award; and the other comes to Principle of Plurality, which is widely accepted by most International Film Festivals. However, due to smaller Juries and the defect imbedded in the latter system, the results may appear large deviation toward ＂justice＂. In this paper, according to the mathematic analyses, scientific measures should be taken to improve the justice for awards of film festivals. One is to introduce and release policies, and the other is to adopt Instant-runoff Voting system.
