摘 要:通过在溶剂热法过程中使用不同的溶剂合成了一系列具有不同形貌的m-BiVO_4光催化剂。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱分析(FT-IR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和紫外-可见漫反射(UV-Vis DRS)对合成样品进行表征分析,并考察不同形貌光催化剂的活性大小。结果表明:不同溶剂不仅可以影响合成的m-BiVO_4的形貌,而且对m-BiVO_4沿(010)晶面的生长也具有重要的作用。其中,以乙二醇为溶剂时得到的m-BiVO_4在可见光下降解亚甲基蓝(MB)时具有最好的光催化活性。其反应速率的提高归功于有效的光致载流子的分离和对MB吸附量的增加。A series of m-BiVO_4 photocatalyst with different morphology were prepared by solvothermal method using different solvents.X-ray diffraction(XRD),fourier transform infrared spectra(FT-IR),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy(UV-Vis DRS)were applied to characterize the composition,morphology and optical property of as-prepared samples.Results indicated that different solvents had a great influence on the crystal growth of m-BiVO_4 along(010)facets,as well as the morphology of samples,which further affected their photocatalytic performance.The as-obtained BiVO_4 using ethylene glycol as solvent showed the best degradation efficiency for the removal of MB under visible light irradiation.The enhanced photocatalytic performance could be ascribed to the enhanced adsorption capability for MB and improved separation of photo-generated electron-hole pairs.
