异丙酚联合芬太尼静脉麻醉在人工流产术中的应用与护理对策分析

摘　　要：目的观察异丙酚联合芬太尼静脉麻醉在人工流产术中的应用与护理。方法选取2015年1月至2017年6月行人工流产术的孕妇120例,按随机数字表法分为两组,对照组和观察组各60例。对照组给予异丙酚2 mg/kg,观察组给予异丙酚2 mg/kg+芬太尼2 g/kg。观察两组镇痛效果、平均手术时间、阴道出血量、人流综合征发生率。并且总结护理措施的经验。结果观察组镇痛效果优于对照组;观察组平均手术时间、阴道出血量、人流综合征发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论异丙酚联合芬太尼静脉麻醉在人工流产术镇痛效果较明显,值得在临床上推广使用。实施护理时注意患者的呼吸、循环及麻醉反应。Objective To observe the application and nursing of propofol combined with fentanyl intravenous anesthesia in artificial abortion. Methods 120 cases of pregnant women who underwent artificial abortion from January 2015 to June 2017 were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method, 60 cases in the control group and the observation group. The control group was given propofol 2 mg/kg, the observation group was given propofol 2 mg/kg ＋ fentanyl 2 g/kg. The analgesic effect, mean operative time, vaginal bleeding and incidence of abortion syndrome were observed. And summed up the experience of nursing measures. Results The analgesic effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group. The average operative time, the amount of vaginal bleeding and the incidence of abortion syndrome in the observation group were lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of propofol combined with fentanyl intravenous anesthesia in artificial abortion is obvious. Care should be taken to observe the patient＇s breathing, circulation and anesthesia.
