孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床效果。方法将2016年4月至2017年3月来我院就诊的小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿60例作为本次研究对象,按照随机数字法分为观察组以及对照组,对照组30例实行布地奈德治疗,观察组30例布地奈德加用孟鲁司特钠治疗,实验结束后,分析患儿的咳嗽消失时间、症状缓解时间。结果观察组患儿咳嗽消失时间及症状缓解时间相对于对照组短,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘有效改善患儿临床症状,促使症状快速缓解,加快咳嗽消失时间,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of montelukast sodium on the treatment of cough variant asthma in children. Methods Select 60 cases of cough variant asthma in children treated in our hospital from April 2016 to March 2017 for study object, divide into observation group and control group according to the random number method： the 30 cases of control group were treated with budesonide, another 30 cases of the observation group were treated with budesonide and montelukast sodium. After experimental result, analyze the relieving time of cough variant asthma symptoms and disappearance time of cough symptoms between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the relieving time and disappearance time of cough variant asthma in the observation group were significantly shorter, the differences were significant（P0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of montelukast sodium in children with cough variant asthma can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, promote rapid relief of symptoms, speed up the coughing time, and it is worthy to be popularized in clinical treatment.
