摘  要:针对新型金属带式无级变速器钢丝带的承载特性问题,建立了WR-CVT变速过程中紧边钢丝带的受力平衡方程,以P811型CVT为研究载体,运用Abaqus软件,对速比为2.35时紧边钢丝带的应力变化规律进行数值模拟。结果表明:扭矩载荷作用下交互捻钢丝带的承载特性优于同向捻钢丝带;在新型金属带进入锥轮时,交互捻钢丝带的钢丝轴向应力波动幅度达到了平均应力的37.07%,导致钢丝在轴向发生位错;变速过程中,紧边钢丝带内钢丝的应力整体变化较为明显,钢丝带在径向和轴向的承载均存在不均匀现象。According to the load characteristics of the new metal belt continuously variable transmission,the force balance equation of the tight side is established,taking p811 CVT as the research object,the stress change law of the wire rope is simulated by ABAQUS software. The results show that the bearing characteristics of interactive twist wire are better than the same twisted wire band under the torque load. When the metal band enters the cone pulley,the axial stress fluctuation amplitude of the interaction kudu wire reaches 37. 07% of the average stress,and there is obvious dislocation; In the process of transmission,the stress wave and the dislocation change of shengnei wire are more obvious in the xiangqiechu of metal belt and cone pulley,and uneven phenomenon exists in radial and axial load.
