摘  要:在航空航天领域,外来物损伤(FOD)严重威胁着航空飞行器的正常运营和安全,鸟撞损伤是最常见的。基于Autodyn有限元软件,建立鸟弹SPH模型和2024航空铝合金靶板Lagrange模型,研究飞机蒙皮在受鸟撞时的动力响应及损伤特性。通过仿真结果与实验数据对比,验证SPH模拟鸟弹的有效性。探究在不同靶板叠层顺序和鸟弹撞击速度下,鸟撞对靶板最大鼓包、应力和能量的影响,比较得到抗鸟撞较好的靶板叠层方式。In the aerospace sector,foreign object damage( FOD) is a serious threat to the normal operation of aircraft and aviation security and bird strike damage is the most common. Based on AUTODYN finite element software,a bird bullet SPH model and a Lagrange model of 2024 aerospace aluminum alloy target are built to study the dynamic response and damage characteristic of aircraft envelope when subjected by bird strike. By comparing the simulation result with the experimental data,the validity of bird bullet SPH model is verified. Exploring the influences of largest drum kits,stresses and energies of target impacted by bird strike at different target laminates and bird strike velocities,the best target stack mode would be selected.
