摘 要:碳纤维复材(CFRP)和钢板已被越来越多的应用于加固钢筋混凝土结构.为了充分利用两种加固材料的优势,本文提出了外贴井字形CFRP-钢板复合条带加固钢筋混凝土双向板的新型复合加固方法.对9个试件进行了局部荷载作用下的试验研究和理论分析,包括1块未加固板,2块CFRP加固板,1块钢板加固板和5块复合加固板.结果表明复合加固板试件的极限承载力和变形刚度均有大幅提高.采用塑性铰线理论,对3种可能的塑性铰线形式分别进行分析和计算,推导了井字形CFRP-钢板复合条带加固双向板在局部荷载作用下的承载力计算公式,其计算结果与试验结果吻合较好,可为实际工程应用提供参考.In recent years,carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFRP) composite and steel plate have been increasingly used in the strengthening of existing reinforced concrete(RC) structures. A new type of composite strengthening method was developed by bonding a layer of well-shaped CFRP-steel strips to strengthen the reinforced concrete two-way slab in this paper,aiming to take advantage of these two materials. The experimental and analytical study of nine slabs tested under the concentrated load were presented,including one control slab,two CFRP strengthened slabs,one steel strengthened slab,and five composite strengthened slabs. Test results showed that the load bearing capacity and stiffness of composite strengthened slabs increased significantly with respect to other slabs. Adopting the yield-line analysis theory,three yield-line patterns were analyzed and a model to predict the load bearing capacity of composite strengthened slab was presented. The prediction was in good agreement with the test results so that it could provide a reference for engineering application.
