摘 要:波形钢腹板预应力混凝土组合箱梁是一种较为新颖的桥梁上部结构形式,随着人们对这一结构认识的不断深入,一些相对复杂的、特殊的力学性能的研究逐渐受到关注,如疲劳性能、横向内力计算方法、温度效应、混凝土徐变、内衬混凝土的受力性能等.为阐明这些特殊的力学性能问题的研究进展情况,通过文献调研与实桥调查,着重介绍了这些特殊问题在中国的最新研究成果.研究表明,这种钢-混凝土组合箱梁的疲劳性能研究目前尚不成熟,已取得的成果大多来源于波形钢腹板钢梁的疲劳试验,各种横向内力方法的工程设计适用性和有效性还需进一步验证,基于实桥测试温度来描述温度场的研究相对较少,而温度效应往往是影响该类桥运营期受力状态的主要因素.另外,混凝土徐变影响着这种箱梁桥的内力重分布,现有研究大都集中在如何精确计算其徐变效应问题上.还有,内衬混凝土的剪力分担比例问题目前还未有定论,设计上通常采用加强其构造来保证结构安全.加强上述这些问题的研究是完善波形钢腹板预应力混凝土组合箱梁桥设计理论的重要前提与保证.The prestressed concrete box girder with corrugated steel webs was a relatively new type of bridge superstructure. Recently,with the increasingly deepening understanding on this type of bridge,some relatively complex and special issues on its mechanical performances attracted more and more attention,such as fatigue,the transverse internal force analysis,thermal effect,concrete creep,structural behaviors of concrete lining,etc. To elucidate the state of the art and research progress of these issues,a related literature investigation and a summary of real bridges were conducted,and then the latest research achievements about these issues in China were introduced in detail. Results showed studies on fatigue were not yet mature,and some relative achievements mostly originated from existing fatigue tests in steel beams with corrugated steel webs. The various calculation methods for the transverse internal force need further verification in engineering applicability and effectiveness. Moreover,studies on the thermal field of this type of composite box girder based on the actual bridge site measurements were very few,but the thermal effect was often one of the main factors influencing the structural state for these bridges in operation. In addition,concrete creep could influence the internal force redistribution of these bridges,so current studies were mostly focused on how to accurately calculate the creep effect.Besides,the shear share ratio of lining concrete was not yet conclusive,and so the concrete lining was usually designed to ensure the structural safety by strengthening its length and thickness. Studies on above special issues were the important premise and guarantee to improve the design theory of prestressed concrete box girders with corrugated steel webs.
