摘 要:蜂窝梁是在梁腹板上开有连续规则孔洞的一种钢梁,腹板开孔后对其抗侧刚度有较大的削弱,因此整体稳定性能是蜂窝梁的重要问题。基于能量法推导出实腹梁弯扭屈曲临界荷载的计算式,采用等效刚度的方法,通过等效侧向抗弯刚度、等效翘曲刚度和等效扭转刚度推导了蜂窝梁的弯扭屈曲临界荷载的计算式。其次,考虑蜂窝梁截面尺寸、跨度、开孔率和距高比的影响,采用有限元方法对圆形孔和六边形孔蜂窝梁的弯扭屈曲进行了分析,得到了蜂窝梁弯扭屈曲临界荷载的变化规律,并验证了蜂窝梁弯扭屈曲临界荷载计算式的正确性,可为蜂窝梁的整体稳定设计提供参考。Castellated beam is a type of steel beam with continuous regular holes on the web. As the lateral stiffness has been greatly weakened by the web openings,the overall stability is an important issue for castellated beams. The flexuraltorsional buckling load of solid-web girder was deduced by energy method,and the flexural-torsional buckling load of castellated beam was deduced by the equivalent lateral bending stiffness,the equivalent warping stiffness and the equivalent torsional stiffness based on the equivalent stiffness method. Considering the influence of cross-section size,span,opening ratio and distance-height ratio,the paper analyzed the flexural-torsional buckling of circular and hexagonal castellasted beams by finite element method. The change law of the flexural-torsional buckling load of castellasted beam was obtained and the flexural-torsional buckling load formula was verified,and the reference for the overall stability design of castellated beams was provided.
