摘  要:提出了一种新型双铝合金板装配式屈曲约束支撑(DPALB),并应用ABAQUS软件对其性能进行有限元分析,考察螺栓间距、芯板与约束板间间隙、芯板开孔率等因素对支撑性能的影响。分析结果表明:螺栓间距过大会导致支撑部件应力较大、外约束板也容易出现局部失稳;芯板与约束板间间隙过小,核心单元容易发生强轴方向的弯曲,间隙过大会导致支撑承载力下降甚至丧失;支撑耗能性能随着核心单元横向开孔率的减小而提高,当核心单元纵向开孔率不大于40%时,支撑性能随着核心单元纵向开孔率的增加而提高。A new double aluminum alloy plate assembled buckling-restrained braces(DPALB) was proposed,and its performance was analyzed by ABAQUS,and the influence of bolt spacing,the gap between core plate and constraint plate,and the opening ratio of core plate on braces were investigated. The analysis results showed that if the bolt spacing was too large,the stress of the buckling-restrained brace(BRB) parts was greater and the external constraint plate was prone to local instability. If the gap between the core plate and the constraint plate was too small,the core unit was prone to bend in the strong axis direction,if the gap was too large,the bearing capacity of the core unit was reduced or even lost. The BRB energy dissipation capacity increased with the decrease of the transverse opening ratio of the core unit, when the longitudinal opening ratio of the core unit was not more than 40%,the BRB performance increased with the increase of the longitudinal opening ratio of core unit.
