摘  要:目的建立并验证超声提取分离电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)测定环境空气颗粒物中12种元素的检测方法。方法利用酸超声提取ICP-MS测定标准曲线,并对方法的检出限、定量限及回收率进行测定分析。结果实验结果表明,12种元素在0~10μg/L范围内有良好的线性关系,相关系数r>0.990 0。样品加标回收均在78.8%~114.0%之间,相对标准偏差为0.25%~13.60%,方法的精密度和准确度符合痕量分析要求。结论该方法前处理简单,试剂用量少,消除了空白干扰,灵敏度高,选择性强,适用于环境空气颗粒物中12种元素的测定。[Objective]To establish and verify the method for the determination of 12 elements in ambient air particulate matter by ultrasonic extraction-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer(ICP-MS).[Methods]The acid ultrasonic extraction-ICPMS was used to establish the standard curve,and determine and analyze the detection limit,quantitative restrictions and recovery of the method.[Results]The experimental results showed that the 12 elements had a good linear relationship in the range of 0-10 g/L,and the correlation coefficient(r) was higher than 0.990 0. The recoveries of samples were all between 78.8% and 114.0%,and the relative standard deviations ranged from 0.25% to 13.60%. The precision and accuracy of the method met the requirements of trace analysis.[Conclusion]The method has the advantages of simple pretreatment,less reagent consumption,elimination of blank interference,high sensitivity and strong selectivity,which is is suitable for the determination of 12 elements in ambient air particulates.
