摘　　要：目的探讨军校实习医学生自测健康状况及其影响因素,为提升其健康水平提供理论参考依据。方法采取方便抽样,选用自测健康评定量表(SRHMS V1.0)对某军校393名实习医学生实施问卷调查。结果军校实习医学生自测健康总分为338.52±58.39,总分及子量表实际值/理论最高值均>70%;多元线性回归分析显示,父亲文化水平、专业、居住地、学员类型进入自测健康的回归方程(F=12.401,P<0.01)。结论军校实习医学生自测健康状况较好。父亲文化水平为本科以上、专业为口腔、居住地为城镇、学员类型为地方学员的军校实习医学生自测健康水平较高。[Objective] To investigate the self-reported health condition and its influencing factors among medical interns in military university and provide scientific basis for improving health condition. [Methods]By convenient sampling,393 medical interns were measured by Self-reported Health Measurement Scale Version（SRHMS V1.0）.[Results]The total score of SRHMS was 338.52±58.39.The ratio of actual value to theoretical value of the total score and three dimensions were more than 70%. The multiple linear stepwise regression showed that father＇s education level,major,residence and student type entered into the formula（F=12.401,P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]The self-reported health condition is good in medical interns in military university. The medical interns whose father＇s education level is above undergraduate level,residence is town,type is local student and major is stomatology show the higher level of self-reported health condition.
