摘  要:目的通过对长沙市某毛刷生产企业存在的化学品氰基丙烯酸乙酯职业暴露进行风险评估,帮助劳动者正确选择个人防护用品,为同类企业职业病危害防控提供技术指导。方法运用分类控制技术基本原理对氰基丙烯酸乙酯风险分级,选择相应控制措施。结果研究对象风险等级为2,无局部通风设施和呼吸防护用品,U<S,采取的控制措施低于标准控制措施。结论研究对象需加强局部通风和个人呼吸防护。化学品分类控制技术有一定的实用性,可尝试用于职业病危害评价。[Objective]Through the risk assessment of occupational exposure to ethyl 2-cyanoacrylate in a brush enterprise in Changsha City,to help workers choose the appropriate personal protective equipment,point out directions for the prevention and control of occupational hazards in similar enterprises.[Methods]Risk classification of ethyl 2-cyanoacrylate was performed based on the basic principles of classification control technology,and the corresponding control measures was chosen.[Results] The occupational hazards risk level was 2. Meanwhile,there was no local ventilation and respiratory protective equipment,U S,the control measures were lower than the standard.[Conclusion]The local ventilation and personal respiratory protection should be strengthened. The control banding has some practicality and can be used for the assessment of occupational hazards.
