摘　　要：分析了体育实验教学的现状,提出了吸收MOOC与翻转课堂思想的体育实验教学改进模式和改进策略。MOOC与翻转课堂在体育实验教学领域的有益探索,丰富和创新了实验教学的教学方式,同时为将MOOC与翻转课堂应用到其他专业或课程的实验教学中提供参考。This paper analyzes the status quo of sports experiment teaching,and puts forward the improvement mode and improvement strategy of sports experiment teaching in absorbing MOOC and flipped classroom. It is a useful exploration of MOOC and flipped classroom in the field of experimental teaching,and provides a rich and innovative teaching method,It lays a foundation for applying MOOC and the flipped classroom to other professional or curriculum experimental teaching.
