摘　　要：为全面了解职业病危害事故报告和调查处理的现状,收集分析相关资料,总结了我国职业病危害事故报告和调查处理存在的问题,提出了明确职业病危害事故(包括群发性职业病)定义和调查处理范围;完善职业病报告制度;规范职业病危害事故调查处理等建议措施,以期对预防及减少职业病的发生起到积极的作用。In order to understand the status of reporting, investigation and treatment of the occupational hazards-induced accidents, this paper collects and analyzes the related information, and summarizes the existing problems of reporting,investigation and treatment of the occupational hazards-induced accidents. It is suggested to clear the definition and scope of investigation and treatment of occupational hazards-induced accidents, improve the occupational disease reporting system and regulate the investigation and treatment of occupational hazards-induced accidents. These measures will play a positive role in preventing and reducing the incidence of occupational diseases.
